2008 AIDS WalkSAVE THE DATE: 
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2008  

We are excited to announce the date of this year's walk.  It has grown to be a major component in funding our annual operations.  Please join us.  Take the next step.  Leave your mark.

This year's walk will again step off from the beautiful boardwalk at the Bremerton Harborside.

Join the fun at Kitsap County's Pride Celebration on Saturday July 19, 2008. Festivities are being held at Evergreen Park in Bremerton, from noon to 5PM. The Kitsap Pride Network organizes the annual event for the local lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and ally community, and the 2008 planning committee has been working hard to put together an event that exceeds expectations and showcases the talent and supporters in and around our community. Bring family & friends and be ready to enjoy a fabulous day at the park.

Community Advisory Board

The Q Center, Kitsap County's GLBTQ youth Center, is seeking members to serve on a new Community Advisory Board. Meetings will be monthly with the goal of moving to bimonthly. Regular meetings will begin in January 2008.  The board should be comprised of men and women from the AIDS, LGBT, public health and education community assists the Q Center in its mission. Members would be a liaison to the community and work to ensure the projects future.Write Comment (0 comments)
